Looking for simple and totally delicious vegan party snacks for your next get together! These quick and easy appetizers and snacks are absolutely irresistible! Everyone at your celebration will flock to these satisfying finger foods!

It’s almost the new year! I’m ready to say good-bye to 2020, and start looking forward to a fresh start and hopefully a better year for all of us in 2021!
This has certainly been a year to remember. While it has not been the year I expected in so many ways, I’m trying to put a positive spin on it, and count my blessings.
A Year in Review
In 2020 I still have my health! Big bonus for this year! I’ve spent a lot of quality time with my family. I’ve gone through every room in my house, and decluttered. I even tried my hand at painting, which I haven’t done since high school. In addition, I took many more hikes, and walks outside in the nature preserve that’s in our backyard.
This is also a time I like to reflect on both personal and professional accomplishments. What goals have I met? What accomplishments have I achieved?
This year my family had quite a lot of changes. My husband took a new job. We are moving soon to another state, after living in Michigan for most of my life!
I also had a big professional milestone, and transitioned from my job as a Kindergarten teacher to creating recipes, writing, and photographing for this blog full time. I am eternally grateful to all of my readers who have made that possible! Thank you!
While 2020 is coming to a close, and most of us are happy to enter a new year, and hopefully a fresh start that brings a sense of normalcy back to our lives, take a moment to reflect.
Questions to Ask Yourself in the New Year
What small moments brought you happiness this year?
What have you accomplished, big or small?
What goals did you meet?
What do you have to be grateful for?
How have you showed kindness to others?
How have others showed kindness to you?

Vegan Party Snacks
Now that you’ve reflected on your year, it’s time to party! Since this is 2020, I’ll be hanging out at home!
I just might put on a fancy dress, some heals, and make-up to mark the occasion. But who knows, I’ll probably end up in my comfy pants!
But that won’t stop me from whipping up some amazing snacks for our party of four over here!
I hope that by next year, we’ll be able to celebrate with family and friends, and larger gatherings, so these snacks and appetizers will serve a crowd!
