Autumn is almost here! With it comes ALL the pumpkin recipes this time of year! Pumpkin is one of my favorite ingredients. It’s a versatile ingredient that can be used in both savory and sweet recipes.
I’m one of those people who can’t get enough pumpkin. I literally try to find ways to incorporate pumpkin purée into every type of dish.

If you can dream it, you can make it, and just add pumpkin this fall season! Pumpkin is a winter squash with a mild flavor. It can easily adapt to many different dishes and courses.
