Saint Patrick’s Day will be here before you know it! Celebrate by cooking up some delicious and special vegan Irish recipes. These 17 recipes have a little something for everyone. You’ll find main dishes, desserts, and drinks.

Saint Patrick’s Day is March 17! For me, Saint Patrick’s Day is always the day when I start to get excited about spring! While this year’s spring doesn’t officially begin until March 20, it’s so close, you can taste it!
I’ve spent most of my life living in Michigan. Some years March 17 is sunny with a hint of warmer temperatures. Other years there’s a snowstorm, so you really can’t tell when or if spring is coming.
However, the fact that the calendar says it’s almost spring is enough to get me excited!
My husband has a little bit of Irish in him, on the other hand, I do not. But for us, it’s a must to make a few vegan Irish recipes on St. Patrick’s Day.
If you’re looking for some special vegan Irish recipes to make this year, you’ve come to the right place!
I have you covered with everything from main dishes, appetizers, loaves of bread, desserts, and drinks that will hopefully bring you the luck of the Irish this year!
