- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium banana ripe and starting to brown
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ avocado rippened
- 1 teaspoon Naturesage Clary Sage Seed Oil
Add the arugula, almond milk, banana, frozen pineapple, half an avocado, and the Omega 3 Clary Sage Seed Oil to a high-speed blender. Blend until the arugula is completely combined, and no flecks of green are left. This will take about 1 minute blending on low and slowly increasing the speed to high.
Pour into a cup, and garnish with a few arugula leaves. Enjoy!
