Notes

Tips for Making Chocolate Snowflakes
  • If melting the chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to burn it! If you microwave for too long, it will burn the chocolate and be no good! If you microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each until the chocolate is just melted, you should have a good consistency.
  • Use high-quality melting chocolate for the best taste and flavor!
  • Allow the snowflakes to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour. This will ensure that they easily pop out and aren't a gooey mess!
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for several weeks. You can also store them in the fridge to last longer or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
