  • 10 strawberries
  • 10 green grapes
  • 1 banana cut into slices

  • Wash the strawberries and grapes. Cut the banana into slices. Cut the tops off of the strawberries. Cut 5 vegan marshmallows in half.
  • Place the grape on the skewer, long way through.

  • Place the strawberry cut side down after the banana.
  • Top with a marshmallow. If you choose, you can put the skewer through a red or green striped straw. Repeat for the rest of the 9 fruit skewers.

Notes

Tips for Making Grinch Fruit Kabobs
  • Wash all of your fruit and pat dry before assembling.
  • Use long green grapes to look more like Grinch's face.
  • Try to find strawberries that come to a point at the bottom to get the Santa hat look.
  • Pierce the fruit directly through the center with the skewer.
  • If your marshmallows are on the smaller side you won't need to cut them in half. Mine were the perfect size cut in half.
  • Put these together just before you're ready to serve. The bananas will brown if they sit out long.
