- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 green apple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Cube apple and chop the frozen banana into chunks.
In your blender combine almond milk and spinach and blend until smooth.
Add the avocado and blend until smooth.
Add the apple and blend until smooth.
Add the frozen banana and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and sprinkle a few chia seeds on top.
