Vegan Avocado Dressing | Oil Free

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado medium
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • juice of 1 lime about ¼ cup
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender or food processor add peeled and ripened avocado.
  • Squeeze the juice of 1 lime, and add to blender.
  • Add almond milk, minced garlic clove, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass container. Top with a touch of black pepper.

Notes

Tips for Making Vegan Avocado Dressing
  • Increase or decrease cayenne pepper for your level of spiciness.
  • Substitute any unsweetened and unflavored dairy free milk for almond milk.
  • Enjoy as a dip with these Air Fryer Potato Wedges, or on top of your favorite salad, or buddha bowls!
  • Store in an airtight container without any excess air for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
  • Adding a touch of lemon juice will help keep the dressing from browning.
