- 1 cup almond flour blanched
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon chocolate chips
Pour almond flour into mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla.
Stir until well combined. It will take on a crumbly texture, but will stick together when you roll into balls.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough, and roll into a ball. Repeat for the remaining balls.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes in an airtight container to firm and set.
