Tips for Making Vegan Honey Mustard
- Use high-quality mustard. It really makes a difference when it comes to flavor.
- Use pure organic maple syrup. The other stuff is just corn syrup! Yuck!
- For a thinner consistency use vinegar. For a thicker dipping sauce, leave the vinegar out.
- Add a dash of salt and garlic powder, or leave it out completely. You can also add a dash of cayenne if you like it extra spicy or a dash of paprika for a smoky flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container.
