Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen and chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut shredded, unsweetened
  • ½ cup coconut whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Make the Snowman cups. Draw two rounded eyes, one triangle nose, and 5-7 small circles in a curve to make the mouth.
  • Pour almond milk, banana and coconut flakes in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. About 5-10 seconds.
  • Pour smoothie into cups. Top with coconut whipped cream.

Notes

  • Use any color sharpies you prefer to make the snowman face.
  • Top with holiday sprinkles or crushed candy cane.
  • Make the snowman cups prior to blending the smoothie so the smoothie doesn't melt before serving.
