- 2 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Wash, scrub and peel the potatoes (if desired). Cut into ½-inch chunks.
Add the potatoes to a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil and toss to evenly coat the potatoes. Add the salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss once again to evenly distribute the spices.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set the temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 8 minutes. Toss the basket, and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes or until the potatoes are soft and golden brown.
