- 12-14 ounce bag of frozen mixed vegetables carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the air fryer at 400 F, for 5 minutes.
While the air fryer is heating, toss the frozen vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Do not thaw the vegetables before.
Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket. It’s okay if the vegetables overlap one another but don’t overcrowd. Cook at 400 F, for 10 minutes. Toss the vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
