Ingredients:
Lasagna Sheets
Cashew Ricotta
Zucchini
Vegan Béchamel
Spinach
Marinara Sauce
Step 1
Add 1 cup of marinara to baking dish
Step 2
Top with 4 lasagna sheets.
Step 3
Add a layer of cashew ricotta, and a layer of vegan béchamel.
Step 4
Top with zucchini strips, and spinach.
Step 5
Repeat the layers two more times. Making sure to put sauce between the sheets of lasagna.
Step 6
Top with dollops of the béchamel.
Step 7
Bake for 40 minutes at 425 F.
