Ingredients:

Vegan Phyllo Dough Vegan Feta Vegan Butter Chopped Spinach Just Egg Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Add the spinach, vegan feta, just egg (or flax egg), salt, and pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Combine with a spatula.

Step 2

Cut the phyllo log into three 4 inch long pieces.

Step 3

Roll one of the phyllo dough logs out. Scoop out the spinach mixture and place it on the corner of the phyllo dough.

Step 4

Using two sheets, fold the dough into a triangle. 

Step 5

Then continue folding one side over the other until the sheets are completely used.

Step 6

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place a pat of butter on top of each triangle.

Step 7

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at 350 F on the middle rack.
