Vegan Refried Bean Dip
Ingredients
Pinto Beans Vegetable Stock Onions Garlic Cilantro Spices
STEP 1
Sauté onions and garlic in vegetable stock.
STEP 2
Add spices, and cook an additional minute.
STEP 3
Add the drained and rinsed pinto beans. Cover and heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Remove from heat, and mash together until creamy.
STEP 5
Top with pico de gallo, wedges of lime, and serve with tortilla chips!
