– 1 batch gluten-free pie crust – 1 cup chopped pecans – ⅓ cup pecan halves – 3 tablespoon vegan butter – ½ cup organic brown sugar – ⅓ cup pure maple syrup – ½ cup full fat coconut milk – 2 tbsp corn starch – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ tsp nutmeg
