Ingredients:
Almond Milk
All Purpose Flour
Baking Powder
Matcha Powder
Coconut OIl
Flax Egg
Organic Sugar
Step 1
Whisk together dry ingredients, including flour, baking powder, salt, matcha, and sugar.
Step 2
Make a well in the center. Pour in almond milk, coconut oil, flax egg, and almond extract.
Step 3
Fold together until combined, careful not to over mix.
Step 4
Add batter to prepared muffin tin.
Step 5
Sprinkle the top with slivered almonds. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 F.
Step 6
Allow to cool. Enjoy!
