Vegan Lentil Tacos

Ingredients:

Chili Powder, Cumin Garlic Powder Smoked Paprika Lentils Garlic Onion Red Pepper Taco Fixings

Step 1

Sauté onion, garlic, and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat until soft. About 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add spices. Stir, and cook an additional minute.

Step 3

Add cooked lentils. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4

Serve in corn of whole wheat flour tortillas. Top with cilantro, diced avocado, tomatoes, scallions, and lime juice!
