–  ¼ cup shallots finely chopped –  3 cloves garlic minced –  ¼ cup vegan butter – ½ teaspoon thyme dried –  ½ teaspoon rosemary dried –  ⅔ cups tahini –  ½ cup soy sauce  –  ¼ cup maple syrup –  ¼ cup vegetable broth –  2 tablespoon vegan worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Finely chop scallion and garlic. Add vegan butter to saucepan on medium heat. Allow butter to melt. Add scallions and garlic. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
