Vegan Cream  Cheese Frosting

Step 1

Add room temperature butter to your mixing bowl. Beat until creamy, about 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat for 30 seconds to a minute but no longer! 

Step 3

Run a spatula along the sides of the bowl. Then add 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time beating on low speed until it becomes thick.

Step 4

Use immediately. Or if you're not quite ready to use the frosting, place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
