Ingredients:

Vegan Dark Chocolate Coconut Cream Assorted Toppings

Step 1

Pour dark chocolate chips into a heat safe bowl. Over medium heat bring ½ a cup of coconut cream to a boil. Remove from heat immediately.

Step 2

 Pour the coconut cream over the chocolate chips.

Step 3

Using a spatula, stir the cream and chocolate together until smooth and combined.

Step 4

Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for one hour or until it is solidified.Scoop 1 tablespoon of ganache, and roll in your hands to create a ball.

Step 5

Roll the balls in finely chopped nuts, cacao powder, shredded coconut, or coating of your choice.
