Press tofu, and cut into equal cubes.
Whisk together marinade for tofu. Tamari, and go-chu-jang sauce.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 F.
Cook brown rice while tofu is baking.
Whisk together ingredients for sauce. Tamari, go-chu-jang suace, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar.
Grate carrot, slice cucumber, and radishes.
Assemble your bowl.
