Vegan Baked  Oatmeal

Ingredients:

Rolled Oats Baking Powder Cinnamon Salt Almond Milk Ground Flax Maple Syrup Apples Walnuts

Step 1

Combine the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl combine the almond milk, flax seeds, and maple syrup.

Step 3

Peel and core apples. Chop into ½ inch chunks.

Step 4

Spread half the apples onto the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish. Pour oats mixture on top of apples. Pour almond milk mixture on top of the oats.

Step 5

Top with the rest of the apples and the chopped nuts. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top of oats are golden brown.
