Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream (Vegan)

A Coconut Milk Base
This recipe has a coconut milk, and coconut milk base. Sweetened with raw sugar, and maple syrup, with real strawberries, and lemon juice!
Freeze Your Ice Cream Bowl
Place your ice cream bowl in the freezer at least 24 hours before you're ready to make the ice cream.
Marinate Strawberries
Combine chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Chill for an hour.
Blend Strawberries
Add chilled strawberries and sugar to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Heat in Saucepan
Heat the coconut milk, coconut cream, and maple syrup in a saucepan. Add strawberry puree. Bring to a simmer.
Churn the Ice Cream
Add the strawberry cream to chilled ice cream bowl. Churn for 20-30 minutes.
Transfer to Loaf Pan
Add to loaf pan. Smooth out the top. Freeze for 6 hours.
Scoop and Enjoy!
