Step 1

Prepare the pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Chop the zucchini, yellow squash, red pepper, and cherry tomatoes.

Step 3

Add the vegetables to a pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 4

In a food processor, add the arugula, basil, cashews, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Toss It All Together.

Step 6

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise. Add to the pasta.
