Simple and Nutritious  Ingredients

Rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup.

Combine Ingredients

Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar. 

Stir Well to Combine

Make sure the peanut butter is incorporated with the rest of ingredients.

Refrigerate Overnight

Be sure to refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours. Enjoy warm of cold!
