Overnight Vegan French Toast Casserole

Easy simple ingredients!

Whole grain bread, coconut milk, pumpkin, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and a sugar glaze!

Combine Ingredients

Blend pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and maple syrup in blender.

Cut Bread into Cubes

Slice the whole grain loaf of bread into equal cubes

Add to casserole dish.

Pour custard overtop. Set in the refrigerator overnight.

Bake for 55 minutes.

Pour pumpkin glaze overtop when it comes out of the oven.

Top with chopped nuts.
