Ingredients:

Mini Bella Mushrooms

Panko Breadcrumbs

Garlic

Shallots

Soy Sauce

Step 1

Clean mushrooms, chop shallots, mince garlic.  

Step 2

Combine breadcrumbs, basil, and herbs.

Step 3

Sauté mushroom caps, shallots, and garlic. 

Step 4: 

Add breadcrumbs to ban and toast. 

Step 5

Stuff mushrooms with breadcrumb filling. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake in the oven to crisp and cook mushrooms. Top with fresh parsley and serve!
