Mango Chia Pudding

Step 1

Combine almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Whisk together, and chill for 2-8 hours.

Step 2

Peel and cut two mangos into slices.

Step 3

Transfer to a blender, and blend until smooth.

Step 4

After the chia pudding has chilled, layer the chia pudding, and mango puree in individual serving cups. Top with coconut flakes, and serve.
