Ingredients:

Extra Firm Tofu Salt Apple Cider Vinegar Miso Paste Lemon Juice Nutritional Yeast

Step 1

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the blended tofu, and smooth out.

Step 3

Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 F. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Then chill for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4

Cut into cubes, and enjoy!
