Using natural green food coloring, color a portion of the frosting green. Pipe on cupcake. Add sprinkles to the top, Chocolate chips to the side, and two candy eyes.
Swirl vanilla buttercream on cupcake and place two mini chocolate chips for eyes, and one regular chocolate chip for the mouth.
Using an Oreo cookie, twirl one cookie off, and break into two. Place behind the other cookie to form bat wings, Use two candy eyes, and black gel to form the mouth.
