Step 1

Whisk together the ground flax, and water. Set aside to thicken for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk together cacao powder, white whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add the wet ingredients to the bowl. Stir to combine, but don’t over mix.

Step 4

Add half of the dairy free chocolate chips. to the batter.

Step 5

Add the batter to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.

Step 6

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F. 

Step 7

Allow to cool completely before cutting into equal squares.
