Step 1

Add chopped onion. Sauté  until translucent. Add minced garlic and sauté an additional 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

Step 2

Add white wine and vegetable cook. Cook down, stirring until all liquid is absorbed.

Step 3

Continue adding stock until all of it has been absorbed. 

Step 4

Add pumpkin purée. Stir to combine. Add coconut cream and nutritional yeast. Stir to combine. Remove from the heat.
