Ingredients:

Chickpeas

Lemon Juice

Garlic

Tahini

Parsley

Spices

Step 1

Drain chickpeas. Reserve chickpea liquid (aquafaba). 

Step 2

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, aquafaba, and salt in food processor.

Step 3

Process for at least 3 minutes. Check for creaminess. Add a tablespoon of water if you desire a creamy texture.
