Add olive oil to skillet. Add the tofu. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden browl.

Whisk together teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, and corn starch. Set aside.

When tofu is crispy on all sides, pour the teriyaki sauce over. Toss so that the tofu is completely covered. Remove from heat as soon as the sauce begins to thicken.
