Ingredients:

Chickpeas

Apple

Red Onion

Celery

Raisins

Coconut Yogurt

Curry Powder

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk yogurt, garlic, curry powder, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Drain and rinse chickpeas, chop apple, onion, and celery. Combine in a large bowl with raisins.

Step 3

Pour dressing overtop. Fold together until combined.

Step 4

Fold together until combined.
